The Dreamer Beatrice

I always wanted to wear a dress that required a hoop skirt! I decided finally make one and pay homage to one of my favorite webcomic artist Lora Innes, the creator of The Dreamer Comic [link] CHECK IT OUT!!! I LOVE her comic, and being from the Boston area i found it quite fitting to wear to this convention <3 I feel very lucky to live in a location so rich in our country's history.


This dress never made it to the Black Orchid Ball at Anime Boston, as i fell ill prior to it so we took a few photos outside the next day. It was very windy so we got very few good ones. I apologize also for the lack of an underskirt... you can totally see the hoops~ I had no time to make one since i was finishing it so close to the convention. I promise to make one and take some more photos on a less windy day!
